iEdge Digital Business Cards (a division of FutureSoft India Pvt Ltd) (“iEdge”) uses certain sub-processors to assist it in providing to its customers the Services as described in the Data Protection Addendum available at www.iEdge.com/legal/dpa or other superseding written agreement between you and iEdge (the “Customer Agreement”). Defined terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the Customer Agreement.
A sub-processor is a third party data processor engaged by iEdge who has or potentially will have access to or process Customer Information (which may contain Personal Data). iEdge engages sub-processors to perform various functions as explained in the table below.
